How to Get Kids to Sleep More
This magazine article gives tips on how to get your kids to sleep more. It said that 77% of children use television as their pre-bedtime routine. The light from a television or computer can delay both the necessary drop in core body temperature and delay sleep by two hours. Kids who are involved in more after school activities tend to be the ones to get less sleep . One way to get your kids to sleep more is to limit the television time by 30 minutes. I enjoyed this article because I know what its like when your kids don't get enough sleep because I have nieces and nephews.
