Crazy love

Francis Chan wrote a nonfiction book in 2008 entitled "Crazy Love." This book is about the crazy love we ought to have for Christ. Francis experienced many hardships throughout his life as his mother died in labor, and his dad passed when he was twelve. Francis writes about how through these hard times it's easy to lose sight of Gods love for us. Chan explains that we should be hungry for a person authentic relationship with Christ to enhance our spiritual walk with him. Although it's hard to develop a love for someone you can't see, if we all fell in love with Jesus whole heartedly I couldn't imagine the impact we could make on society. This book was such an eye-opener and Francis Chan did an excellent job.

  1. I connect with this post on a deeper level. It can be extremely difficult to see God, through the hardships. Fortunately for us all, He's such an amazing father that he eventually shows himself to us, no matter what the circumstance might be.
