How To Be Happy by Karen Salmonsohn

For the nonfiction/informational book I read How To Be Happy by Karen Salmonsohn.  This book puts a very funny but useful view on how to be your better self.  This book includes 44 inspiring life lessons that will save you years of time and effort.  The author of this book talked about many different ideas and tips. Some of them are things like be careful about the decisions you make when you are in a negative state.  She also gave random little tips or assignments, like when you are feeling down, recite Victor Frankl's (a holocaust survivor) famous book quote: “It isn't the past which holds us back, it’s the future; and how we undermine it, today.”  I found this book very interesting and really liked it because who doesn't want to be happy. I would recommend this book to anyone looking for an easy book to read that will hopefully improve their lives.
