How to cut sodas out of your diet
The health magazine had an article written by Norine Mcdaniel about how to minimize the cravings of sodas or other unhealthy drinks. In this article Norine wrote that the first step is to recognize the harm in the soft drinks. Studies have shown that tooth decay can be prevented by cutting out sodas and heart problems can disappear as well. Although breaking a habit is difficult, the best way to quit is to give yourself a limit and begin by just cutting out one a week in the hopes of eventually cutting them all out of your diet. Change is a hard thing to accept but it perfectly acceptable for you to realize a change needs to be made. To accept the fact that sodas are unhealthy is a great step to begin the process of eliminating them. To help get rid of sodas Norine wrote that if you mix water in with it, water alone will be easier to drink. This magazine article gave me many tips on how to eliminate sodas from my diet since I drink more than I probably should and I am looking forward to trying some of the tips out!
